WHOLLY BEET & BERRIES (pre-workout preparation)



Ingredients


Cooked and frozen Beetroot (large bulb)

Frozen blueberries (1/2 cup)

Frozen raspberries (1/3 cup)

Strawberries 4x punnets

Almond and Oat milk (66 calories) ½ cup

Berry beetroot powder (2 tbsp.)


Preparation


Thaw all the frozen ingredients for 15 min max in preparation for a smooth blitz. If you have bought a ready-made beetroot then no need to chop it. Combine the rest of the ingredients into the blender, starting with beetroot followed by berries and plant milk. Sprinkle berry beetroot powder as a last step, and blitz until smooth.
