The frosty and chill days are in and the mission is simple, to not be fooled by the size of your coats right? How do we make sure that does not happen…by continuing to burn fats even after we are long done with the workouts? It sounds so miraculous, like amazeballs!

What if we tell you that BwH studio has come up with yet another luscious and satisfying smoothie? This girl is called “Thousands -burn”, name derived from a theory for calculating the number of calories to burn daily in order to successfully lose 1 kg of weight in a week’s time.

We have used one of the best ingredients that helps you burn fat faster, curated to work best pre and post workouts when your blood is sultry. The leading ingredient is a cinnamon, which is known to assist with blood sugar level and regulation, and suppresses appetite. Moreover, the smoothie is packed with proteins as per the RDA standards, fibre and calcium. Yep! She is a super queen.


How to make Thousands -burn smoothie


Ingredients


  • 40g rolled oats

  • Chocolate Protein powder 60g

  • Half of large banana

  • Handful raspberries

  • 1-teaspoon cinnamon (ground)

  • 1 strawberry

  • 4 scoops of fat free yogurt or ½ cup

  • 1/3 cup oat and almond milk


Section 2: Preparations


Combine all ingredients into the blender, start by layering the yoghurt as a foundation, followed by oats and fruits and lastly almond milk. Another option is to chop the banana into pieces and use them as a garnish. Blitz until smooth, let it set for 10 min to make a spoonable smoothie texture, serve and enjoy. Reminder, the smoothie work best when consumed during workout days in order to deliver results.
