A long time ago our ancestors were active, gathering woods and collecting water from distances. They ate multiple forms of grains and proteins and this has proven to be a magical combination…in short, they were active and eating healthy. BwH- ZA aims to be the recommended health and wellness leader thereby Helping people to awaken their inner passion for wellness and realize the importance of conserving health and living green through movement, exercising, and eating healthy.
