Ingredients
Veggies
4 Large tomatoes
1 large onion
2 large carrots
Robot peppers
Green beans
Garlic gloves
Crushed/ ground ginger
Mushrooms
Celery sticks
Shredded cabbage (red and green)
Salt & spices
Paprika spice
Cayenne pepper
Garlic spice
Salt and pepper
Vegetable spice (Inna Paarman’s)
Oil & Water
1 litre water
Non stick spray
Prepare a large non-stick pot and coat it with non-stick spray or olive oil. place it on high heat.Put all the chopped veggies into a large pot and add spices . Roast the veggies for 5 minutes each side to infuse the flavour from each plant. Pour on 1 litre of water and boil for 35 minutes or until soft but not mushy . Add more water to make a runny soup.
Serve hot and add sprinkles of cayenne pepper for more spicy taste...
During your detox days eat only veges and fruits.Do a rotational when eating by scheduling between eating certain fruits and soup and soup vegetables per day, starting with fruits on day 1 (except for bananas) prunes are highly recommended. On a plus vegetable day avoid potatoes and eat mostly leafy veges and boiled carrots.
