Have you ever wondered what’s the wow thing about this trending tire exercise?

It’s been years since old and used tyres were cherished and dearly loved! But the lock-down restriction got us thinking very hard, gyms were closed, movement was limited, gym equipment were a scare resource. That’s when a resolution to heavy equipment was remembered. The usage is unlimited, you just have to be creative but careful.

Lifting heavy weight might hurt your back therefore it is imperative to choose the correct size. I would encourage the usage of weightlifting belt to provide a good balance, reduce stress from the lower back and protection to the spinal cord. The belt will also play a role in strengthen the core especially when lifting the tyre up because you have to stand firmly and at a specific degree. Women and men have different body mass and strength, this is a nature’s way of categorizing us into two groups, which are feminine and masculine. You can get the heaviest tire either from a truck, tractor or a bus.

Below are the guidelines to select the correct size as a starting point followed by a progress stage. Once you are able to lift the tyre effortlessly, at least five (5) counts or more during workouts you can proceed to the next level.
