Lifting heavy weight might hurt your back therefore it is imperative to choose the correct size. I would encourage the usage of weightlifting belt to provide a good balance, reduce stress from the lower back and protection to the spinal cord. The belt will also play a role in strengthen the core especially when lifting the tyre up because you have to stand firmly and at a specific degree. Women and men have different body mass and strength, this is a nature’s way of categorizing us into two groups, which are feminine and masculine. Below are the guidelines to select the correct size as a starting point followed by a progress stage. Once you are able to lift the tyre effortlessly, at least five (5) counts or more during workouts you can proceed to the next level.
