Everybody knows that food brings about togetherness and elevates mood, a sure thing to have when having people hanging with you. The smell of freshly baked pancakes creeps into your mind, the delicious treat that is sure to awaken taste buds in the morning…yummy! Deciding whether to pair the pancakes with a tangy and sweet drink or just a freshly brewed coffee…nom,nom! The colorful plate drizzled with a dollop of nectar and pieces of fruit…Aaah! a Protein galore chocolate pancakes. let’s get this babe on the plate already.
Ingredients (serves 4)
Biogen chocolate slim protein
2 large eggs
Future life Zero
almond milk
Non-stick cooking spray
chopped pieces of strawberries and raspberries
whole blueberries and raspberries
1 large chopped banana
agave nectar / raw honey/ sweet molasses
Preparations
4 scoops (80.g) of Biogen chocolate-flavoured

protein shake
8 Tbsp. of Future life zero
1 litre of almond milk
Ice cream scoop
Sift the dry ingredients in a large or big bowl to prevent lumps from forming. Beat the eggs separately then pour in almond milk and whisk together. prepare a non-stick pan on high heat. coat the pan 3 to 4 times (depending on the size) with a non-stick pan. Use ice cream scoop to measure and scoop out the mixture into the pan. Once the pancake starts to bubble and have tiny perforations you can flip to the other size (3 minutes each side). Transfer into serving plates, garnish with chopped and whole berries and fruits. drizzle with agave nectar/ honey or black molasses. serve hot and enjoy a guilt free breakfast start up.
