weight loss smoothie




Ingredients


Mango (half)

Fat-free yogurt ½ cup

Granola (no sugar) 40g

Yellow plum (medium)

Coconut flakes (2 tbsp.)

Black molasses (drizzle 5ml)


Preparations

Chop your mango and plum into chunks, and put on a blender. Combine the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth. Sprinkle with coconut flakes for garnish. Let it sit in a fridge for 15 min for ingredients to infuse. Enjoy!


The coconut flavor infused with flakes will give you the island vacation feeling…Aloha! Aah, tropical island and the sound of beach waves in your ears.
