Ingredients
Rolled Oats
½ cup Pineapple chunks
1 whole Ginger root sliced (medium)
½ cup Fat-free yogurt
1/3 cup almond milk (optional)
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blitz until smooth and creamy. If you use almond milk the mixture will be runny. Pour in a glass, add another sprinkle of oats as a topping this time. Set aside in a fridge for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to infuse. Serve chilled…enjoy
