weight loss smoothie



Ingredients

Watermelon

Instant oats (40g)

Blackberries (1/4 cup)

Strawberries (4)

Fat-free yogurt 250 ml/ cup

Black molasses 1 tbsp.


Preparation

Chop your watermelon into chunks and berries into choppable sizes. Combine all the ingredients in a blender including 40g. of oats, drizzle a spoon of black molasses to taste. Blitz until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled and enjoy.


NB: This is so satisfying it’s a pretty PINK breakfast! You can pour it in a mason jar and be on a go or sip it at home.
