DELICIOUS GARLIC SALMON

IN A BED OF VEGGIES...

INGREDIENTS

Salmon fish

Italian herbs/ spice

Parsley spice

Salt & Pepper to taste

Garlic butter (flora extra light butter with crushed garlic)

Rosemary and lemon slices (for garnishing)

Foil (baking)

Veggies of your choice (carb friendly)

Or Green salad.


PREPARATION

Prepare and fish, and season with salt and pepper, Italian herbs, parsley and smother the fish with garlic butter

Place the fish in a foil and garnish with rosemary and lemon slices. Fold and bake it for 15 munites on a 220 c (time may vary for different ovens temperature)

Steam the veggies of choice (carb-free) such as broccoli and carrots, green peas, tomatoes, and asparagus spears.

Or have with a green salad
