DIET MEAL PREPARATION


The yum taste will send you straight to the Maldives...'Marhaban! at that moment, your glass will be hanging high and your lips ajar. Who doesn't love that feeling of greatness and fabulousness? Your body is looking fabulous and so is your meal, a call to celebrate (around the clock). A flat belly does not have to last only for a short while when you just got up from your bed.

By eating well and adding fiber and proteins to your meal you prolong your fullness. Satiety without a bulging tummy is a thing to be flaunted...neatness.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of almond milk or low-fat yogurt if you prefer thickness

  • 1 scoop of future life zero

  • 1 large banana

  • 2 dates (used Israel dates)

  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

  • Sprinkles of dried coconut flakes

  • Crushed almonds

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, except for crushed almonds. Blitz until smooth.

Pour in a glass, add another sprinkle of coconut flakes and crushed almond as toppings.

Set aside in a fridge for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to infuse…enjoy
