we constantly repeat the same pattern that programs our minds for failure -Bulging tummy

Ever noticed that feeling just after eating a meal you suddenly feel so sleepy...at this moment in time? No! do not put the blame on the food you guzzled but here is the problem, you have golloped more than your stomach could handle. Most of the time we tend to shift the blame to the next thing because everybody wants to hold something accountable for their wrongdoing.

Meanwhile, we constantly repeat the same pattern that programs our minds for failure such as:

  • Mindless eating results in overeating

  • Eating large portions of starchy meals

  • Not finding the balance between hunger and thirst

The above-mentioned habits are the enemies of your diet regime because they deal with your mindset. Such bad eating habits lead to failure because they mislead your mind. They also train your tummy for huge hunger pangs and large food intake. Overeating causes the stomach to expand beyond its normal size, impair brain function, cause excessive gas and bloating... Then when the stomach has expanded it pushes against other organs, making you feel tired and sleepy. Then your clothes become uncomfortable and then followed by unfurling your shirt as it starts to feel tight. Overeating is said to cause arthritis in the long run as it leads to obesity. big weight affects especially in weight-bearing joints like knees, back, and hips.

This, my dear, is such a terrible habit! It will result in binge eating disorder, like I said above overeating may cause mental decline…no wonder you'll find it so difficult to focus.

Food is meant to give us the energy required and not vice versa. Eating a good portion of a meal is crucial to contract the colon. This will be a good start to prepare you for a proper weight-reduction plan.
