Follow-up post #14 Days challenge
Taking you through the experience of a short challenge, inspired by BwH blogger with the aim to address a lifestyle challenge after an achievement. The retraction behavior often results from a relaxation mode caused by the feeling of satisfaction after obtaining a desired weight-loss body goal. Correcting such behavior has never been an easy task, let alone sticking to a designed program. M
ost of the time you will crave all sorts of things you have never even imagined nor liked prior to planning a dietary regime. The cause of this behavior often results from wanting to eat something one more time (taking it with a vow) to avoid cravings after quitting was successful. Going cold turkey becomes a good solution when trying to change a lifestyle…there shouldn’t be any goodbyes, kisses, and hugs after all. Food is definitely delicious and especially the ones that are hearty (fatty 😊with a bold taste). But we can agree that you can’t always be eating like you’re having a party every day! Especially after reaching the 30’s. This is where we apply the power of resistance, seal that packet of crisps in your hand and put it back to the pantry... where it belongs, and tell yourself that today is just an ordinary day and not a party.
Ok, Drum rolling … Cheers to the brave hearts that took 14 days of the unplanned challenge. Whatever you do in life, never stop challenging yourself

Challenge experience unfolds
These are the real highlights from the challenge champions. Bursting with Health is about creating a lifestyle that will keep you motivated for a lifetime. We are certain that we have impacted your lives in a positive way and are looking forward to seeing the greener version of you, for good!
-Khethiwe Mathebula: This month (October) I was spending most of my time on the road so keeping up with my plans was a challenge too. I have bought my groceries according to the diet menu and will continue to try my best, I feel lighter already…what an awesome feeling!
-Mpumi Matsoba: I have been looking for weight-loss tips and am so excited to have come across this challenge. My worry is about the breakfast menu, will I really be able to survive on coffee alone sometimes?... I’m a lover of food and I love going out with friends. I will be definitely coming to you for a piece of advice.
-Thandiswa Ntsimbi: I have had the most emotionally draining month as a Businesswoman, mother, partner, helper, sister, and daughter. All these roles have been on fire but I’m definitely taking the challenge. I will be starting next week.
-Lindiwe Mashigo: I have been working on my sweet tooth challenge so I have been clean for months now. I love challenges because they teach you survival techniques. I’m currently working on my six-pack/ abs for December madness.
