This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency, you will be able to maintain long after the 4 weeks are up. After the long weeks of cold front, you want to get back on track with your fitness levels and weight goals this event will definitely take you there. Before you start, If you are new to running, it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit! We will be recapping about running terms and what you should master to yield better results in the coming weeks of the challenge (weekly).
